PRINT

 

Please allow standard 7 working days delivery time for all orders. For express delivery times, an extra charge will be applied. This applies after the print ready artwork has been approved, confirmed the order and making the full payment.

 

Some printed items are subject to VAT. If you place an order and such a payment applies, VAT will be added to your order. You are liable to pay the VAT in full before receiving your delivery.

 

All goods will not be delivered and remain our property until payment is received in full.

 

Balino Lovell Creatives accepts no responsibility for deliveries being missed due to non payment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that full payment is made before delivery can take place.

 

The risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery.

 

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery.

 

International transit times are approximate and may be subject to customs clearance. Local country restrictions apply. Balino Lovell Creatives will not be held responsible for any delay of delivery of the goods with international deliveries.  

 

Balino Lovell Creatives cannot be held responsible for any customs and excise charges that may occur from the import or export of your goods.

 

Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery.

 

You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery.

 

Cancellation Charges - Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.

 

Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the order must be regarded as a separate contract

 

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint.

DESIGN

 

Please allow standard within 48 hours (depending on the requirement / project) for the first proof. An extra charge will be applied for express proof on your designs. This does not apply on larger projects, i.e. website, branding, brochures, catalogues. Branding and Websites will require a proposal and an agreement that both the Client and Balino Lovell Creatives must agree upon and signed. The proposal and agreement will consist of the following breakdown of the project, i.e. service requirements, costs, and terms.

A full payment is required prior to starting any design projects. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Rest  assured that Balino Lovell Creatives are committed to meet all our clients’ requirements.

 

Initial design costs - All projects are accurately costed after the original design brief / consultation is received and a written quotation is supplied for approval prior to work commencing.

 

Unless the client provides the images (photos) themselves, any royalty free images will be charged accordingly. A full service design is not appropriate for organizations that already have an established identity. Therefore, we offer a design service for clients who want to use their own material.

 

Artworks for printing – Please read thoroughly as all proofs, once passed, are deemed correct and ready to go to print, and the responsibility passes to the client.

 

You will need to view all PDF proofs at 100% to see the exact size of your product when printed.

 

We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, viewing, spelling, punctuation, contact details or layout. Pinting will not commence until we have received a written email confirmation of the proof being approved and instruction for the printing to go ahead.

 

Printed proofs are not supplied as standard. Printed proofs must be requested by the person / company ordering at the time of ordering in writing. Verbal confirmation will not be accepted. Printed proofs will be charged accordingly.

 

As standard all initial designs are subject to a maximum of three (3) times amendments, prior to sending the first proof, unless stated different on the project proposal or written agreement. Further amendments will be charged starting from £20.00, depending on the complexity and time spent.

 

The grant on any license or right of copyright is conditioned on reciept of full payment. Balino Lovell Creatives retains ownership of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final unless express release is given in writing.

 

Logo designs and all original artworks created are copyrights belonging to Balino Lovell Creatives unless stated otherwise on the contract by the Client and Balino Lovell Creatives.

 

Website Design - Balino Lovell Creatives will not be held responsible if the hosting provider closes down, as a company we will inform you if we are informed of such a situation occuring and do our best to redirect your website to another hosting site. Balino Lovell Creatives will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the move and this will be passed onto the client at cost.

ALL SERVICES

 

For all the services we provide we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% (per month) from time to time from the date the account became due until payment is received.

 

This does not prevent us from pursuing payment of overdue accounts at any time after payment becomes due and shall be in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights we may have against you.

 

We reserve the right to charge you for any legal or collection charges where it is necessary to obtain payment from you of an overdue account through a third party or court proceedings.

 

We reserve the right to alter any details of products and services advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods and services accurately in the advertisement no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-scription and any resulting loss.

 

Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the Law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

 

Where applicable all prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.
